We dispatch all electronics components orders from our London warehouse using Royal Mail. Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are typically dispatched same-day. Free delivery on all UK orders over £25.

Delivery estimates are based on Royal Mail's standard processing times and do not include bank holidays. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in England.
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International services. International orders are fulfilled from our London warehouse.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be charged upon arrival in their country. Rombotics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Post-Brexit note: Shipments to EU countries may be subject to customs clearance. We declare goods accurately on all customs forms.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders on the same business day when placed before 1pm GMT/BST, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following business day. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) dispatch may take an additional 1–2 days.
If you selected a tracked shipping service, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel directly on the Royal Mail tracking page.
For untracked services (2nd Class, 1st Class), we cannot provide real-time tracking. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us.
Registered customers can view order status in their order history.
Royal Mail will attempt delivery to your specified address. If no one is available:
We are not responsible for items that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are reported as missing. For tracked parcels, please contact Royal Mail directly to raise a lost parcel claim, and we will support you with documentation as needed.
We take pride in our packaging. Electronics components are packed securely to prevent damage in transit:
If your order arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging, please photograph the damage and contact us — we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at orders@rombotics.com as soon as possible — we may be able to amend the address before dispatch.
Once dispatched, we cannot redirect parcels. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage will apply).
